Environmental statement

Pursuant to Section 31 (c) of Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy and Liquidation Proceedings, the head of an undertaking in liquidation must, within 15 days of the commencement of liquidation, declare to the liquidator and the environmental and nature protection authority that these are environmental damages, environmental burdens, from which the obligation to pay a fine or other payment, the expenses necessary to settle the damages or charges may arise.
